i) Job Description
• Manage IT administration, computer set up (MS 365) and repair/maintenance and networking
• Troubleshooting and Fix internet issue when getting loss of Wi fi and also fix safety camera
• Manage, implement and support the day-to-day of an IT operational works
• Responsible for end-user’s computer issues and general IT technical supports
• Weekly report to the line managers but must be immediately report if any critical issues found
• Maintain and administrator of Email, Surveillance Camera Security, Server, Firewall, Computer Network Equipment (Switch, Router, Mikrotik,)
• Maintain Computer hardware and software such as Servers, Printer, Finger print, Network Devices and Utilities including virus cleaning
• Coordinate and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware
• Responsible for network devices configuration within security methods
• Provide smoothly communication with IT team
• Adapt with workplace environment and quickly learn the new technologies
• Analyzing existing computer systems and making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Support system to ensure that all user working smoothly (SAP, Blue)
• Work coordinate with system vendor when any error or any update/upgrade
• Other tasks are assigned by Manager

• 3-5 Years for IT related, 1-2 Years for Supervisor level
• Bachelor Degree in computer science, IT or similar.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Cambodia)
• Have knowledge IT development life cycle
• Have been work for Installation and Maintenance IT system
• Have knowledge for ITIL V3 will be advantage
• Be able to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Be able to use English
